But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanses us from all sin.
1 John 1:7 NKJV
You entered Jerusalem knowing the hard walk ahead. The praise upon Your entry, bittersweet; knowing the misunderstanding of what You would rescue them from. Not tyranny of government but the inner tyranny that we are captive.
You were willing. To walk the obedience in surrender towards torture so that we may see. That we may wake from the pointless brain fog that tells us we are enough. You walked, so we would know there is more. There is better. There is celebration in the moment, knowing, that it is not all up to us. Freedom. Liberty; conscious, we are loved this much. Right now. Not when we do more or are more, but right now. Loved completely. Accepted completely. If only; we opened our eyes, and allow our hearts a peek at the Love before us and, all around us.
He walked towards torture. He invites us to walk towards love: Him. It starts with one risky step of daring to believe for just a moment, that there is more.
What if there actually is more?
